Happy New Year from Honey Bear Childcare!

We are so excited to welcome 2026 with our Honey Bear families—both returning and new! Thank you for trusting us to care for and support your children. A new year brings fresh learning, fun winter activities, and wonderful opportunities for growth.

🌟 January Theme: New Year & Winter

This month, our classrooms will be embracing the magic of winter while exploring new beginnings. Through hands-on activities, play-based learning, and structured routines, children will continue building important skills in a fun and nurturing environment.

🧸 Daycare & Preschool Learning Focus

Our daycare and preschool children will be learning about:

• Letters: L, M, N
• Numbers: 0–9
• Color: White
• Shape: Oval
• Opposites: First & Last

These concepts will be introduced through stories, crafts, games, songs, and sensory play inspired by winter and the New Year.

🎒 Out of School Care (OOSC) Program

Our Out of School Program will also follow the New Year & Winter theme, with a variety of engaging daily activities:

• Monday: Bingo & Baking
• Tuesday: Structured Games
• Wednesday: Physical Activities
• Thursday: Art
• Friday: Movie & Popcorn Day 🍿

These activities are designed to encourage creativity, teamwork, movement, and relaxation after school.

⏰ Friendly Reminders for Families

• Please renew your subsidy if required
• Drop-off cut-off time is 10:00 AM
• For OOSC families: please call ahead if your child will not need pick-up
• 💳 Monthly fees are due on the 1st of every month
